We make print on demand and personalized products ordering easy, fast and letter-perfect -- we guarantee it!

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace you for your item if the sale date was within the last 30 days. Check out our handy list below to determine if you are eligible for a replacement.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, You are welcome to email us at support@ipersonalyze.com for an immediate refund or to have a replacement sent. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that mistakes can happen..  Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at support@ipersonalyze.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.  NOTE:  iPersonalyze Marketplace also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will refund your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time.  Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect iPersonalyze Marketplace or any of our carriers.. 

Our Responsibility

Our Responsibility:  Oh No! Somewhere along the way we made a mistake.   No worries though! If any of the following errors take place we will replace the product or refund your money. 

Faulty Product
If the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.

Placement Issue
If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1").

Incorrect Image
If we printed the wrong image.

Wrong Item Sent
If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.

Your Responsibility

Your Responsibility:  Darn it.  Somewhere along the way either you or your customer made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it is up to you to sort things out.

Your Ordered Wrong Size
Customer ordered wrong size or it did not fit to their satisfaction

Artwork was low quality
Low quality print as a result of not following image requirements. (i.e. incorrect print size, resolution (DPI), color profile, or invisible pixels

Incorrect Address
If you or your customer made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.

Wrong Image
You selected the wrong image to be printed.
